was slated with 77 attendees, plus 50 legislators or aides.
"That is 50 more total than last year. Ohio Supreme Court Justice Yvette McGee Brown will be delivering remarks," Mullen said.
Volunteer lobbyists planned to discuss an anti-bullying bill and an LGBT antidiscrimination measure with lawmakers.
The first bill, introduced in March by Antonio and Michael Stinziano, would add sexual orientation and gender identity to the state's anti-bullying law, along with other categories.

Uganda 'kill gays' bill dies, for now
Kampala, Uganda-Parliament ended its legislative session on May 13 without passing a draconian anti-gay bill that could carry the death penalty for "habitual” offenders.
Edward Seekandi Kiwanuk, the speaker of Parliament, said that time ran out to take up the bill, leaving its future uncertain. He set no date for Parliament to return to session.
The bill drew fire from governments across Europe and America, who viewed it as being a fundamental affront to human rights.
The bill's author David Bahati said that he would reintroduce it next parliamentary session, but Parliament spokesperson Helen Kawesa said it would take time for it to get back to the floor.
President Yoweri Museveni withdrew his support for the bill following protests from other governments and criticism of the legislation from his own analysts.

Employment Act, which passed the Ohio House only to die in the Senate last year. It was thought that it might be reintroduced in time for Lobby Day, but that is not the case.
EHEA will be co-sponsored by Republican Rep. Ross McGregor and Democratic Rep. Nickie Antonio, Ohio's first out legislator. Mullen and his organization have been working with the lawmakers to push for the bill's success this year.
"Nickie Antonio and Ross McGregor, to my understanding, have made some minor changes to it and are ready to [introduce the bill], but Rep. McGregor thinks it will get more traction if it's after the budget is passed," Mullen said.
Almost two-thirds of graduates wore rainbow items on their gowns, and a pamphlet being handed out in front of Hill Auditorium, where the speech was given, had an open letter to law school dean Evan Caminker noting that the speaker he invited had worked to deny the civil right of those graduating that day. The letter was signed by over 200 law school alumni.
After Portman was done speaking and one of the graduates came on to speak, the protesters returned as quietly as they had left.
Bill Clinton supports marriage
Albany, N.Y.-Former President Bill Clinton issued a statement supporting samesex marriage, part of a larger campaign to pass a marriage bill that died in the New York state senate last session.
"Our nation's permanent mission is to form a more perfect union'-deepening the meaning of freedom, broadening the reach of opportunity, strengthening the bonds of community," Clinton wrote. “That mission has inspired and empowered us to extend rights to people previously denied them. Every time we have done that, it has strengthened our nation."
"Now we should do it again, in New York, with marriage equality,” he continued. “For more than a century, our Statue of Liberty has welcomed all kinds of people from all over the world yearning to be free. In the 21st century, I believe New York's welcome must include marriage equality."
